د نورستان ولایت د مرافعه محکمې رئیس محترم مفتي عبیدالله (سلیم) په مشرۍ؛ د دېوانونو رئيسانو، قاضيانو او د مرافعه او ښاري محاکمو د منسوبينو په ګډون په ۱۴۴۶/۷/۱۴ هـ ق نېټه د همغږۍ ناسته وشوه.
غونډه د قرآن کريم د څو مبارکو آیاتونو په تلاوت پیل شوه، ورپسې د مرافعه محکمې رئيس ګډونوالو ته هر اړخيزه وینا وکړه وويل، حاضرۍ ته بايد پاملرنه وشي، په هره برخه کې دې اصول مراعات شي، قضایاوو او دوسيو ته دې پر وخت رسېدنه وشي.
د غونډې په دوام ګډونوالو او قاضي صاحبانو په خپل وار د موضوعاتو اړوند هر اړخيزې خبرې وکړې.
غونډه د دعا په ويلو پای ته ورسېده.
