په زابل ولایت کې اوو متهمينو ته تعزیري سزا ورکړل شوه

د زابل ولايت د شاه جوی ولسوالۍ ابتدائیه محکمې د پرېکړې له مخې اوو کسانو ته د غلا او لواطت په تور، په (۲۳/ ۹/ ۱۴۴۷هـ ق) نېټه تعزیري سزا ورکړل شوه.
ابتدائیه محکمې یاد کسان له اتو میاشتو څخه تر درې کاله پر تنفيذي بند او له ۲۰ څخه تر ۳۰ دُرو تعزیري سزا محکوم کړي وو؛ چې دغه پرېکړه د سترې محکمې عالي مقام له تائيد وروسته د یادې ولسوالۍ د ابتدائیه محکمې، امربالمعروف، امنیه قوماندانۍ او نورو امارتي ادارو د مسؤولینو او مراجعینو په حضور کې پر متهمینو تطبيق شوه.
