د خوست ولایت مرافعه محکمې عمومي رئيس الحاج مولوي عين الله (خليل)؛ د مرافعه محکمې عامه امنیت دېوان محرر مولوي حکیم الله (وقار) په ملتیا، په ۱۰/ ۱۱/ ۱۴۴۷هـ ق نېټه د خوست ولایت له مرکزي زندان څخه ليدنه وکړه.
د ليدنې په پيل کې د زندان مسؤولينو د بندیانو د وضعیت او د ځينو مسایلو په اړه معلومات وړاندې کړل.
ورپسې د مرافعه محکمې رئیس د قانون د تطبیق، د بندیانو د حقونو رعایت او اصلاحي تدابیرو پلي کېدو په اړه ورته لازمې سپارښتنې وکړې.
