به اساس فيصلهٔ محکمهٔ ابتدائیهٔ ولسوالی شورتپه ولايت بلخ بالای يک تن به اتهام فعل لواطت؛ امروز پنجشنبه مؤرخ ۱۵/ ۱۰/ ۱۴۴۷ هـ ق حکم جزای تعزیری تطبيق شد.
محکمهٔ ابتدائیهٔ متهم را به دو سال حبس تنفيذی و ۳۰ دُره جزای تعزیری محکوم کرده بود؛ که اين فيصلهٔ بعد از تائید مقام عالی ستره محکمه در يک گردهمائی بالای متهم تطبيق شد.
