با تلاش الحاج مولوی میرآقا (ذبیح الله خالد) رئیس محکمۀ مرافعۀ ولایت پروان، مسؤولین محکمۀ ابتدائیۀ ولسوالی سیدخیل، شورای فقهی و نمایندگان قریهجات آن ولسوالی دشمنی هشت ساله میان دو خانواده که در نتیجۀ مورد یک قتل به وجود آمده بود، به تاريخ ۲۳/ ۹/ ۱۴۴۷ هـ ق حل و فصل گردید.
قابل یادآوری است که این قضیه قتل در جریان سال 1396 هـ ش در قریۀ محمدخیل ولسوالی سید خیل به وقوع پیوسته بود.
