به اساس فيصلۀ محکمۀ ابتدائیۀ ولسوالی بلخ ولايت بلخ بالای يک تن به جرم داشتن ارتباط نامشروع و اتهام زنا، به تاريخ ۱۶/ ۹/ ۱۴۴۷هـ ق حکم جزای تعزیری تطبيق شد.
محکمۀ ابتدائیه مجرم مذکور را به ۳۵ دُره جزای تعزیری محکوم کرده بود؛ که اين فيصله بعد از تائید مقام عالی ستره محکمه در حضور رئيس محکمۀ ابتدائیه، اعضای قضائی، کارمندان اداری، مسؤولين ادارات امارتی و مردم عام تطبيق شد.
