به اساس فيصلۀ محکمۀ ابتدائیۀ ولسوالی بلخ ولايت بلخ، بالای يک تن به اتهام لواطت به تاریخ (۱۴/ ۹/ ۱۴۴۷هـ ق) حکم جزای تعزیری تطبيق شد.
محکمۀ ابتدائیه متهم را به ۳۵دُره جزای تعزیری محکوم کرده بود؛ که اين فيصله بعد از تائيد مقام عالی ستره محکمه در حضور رئيس محکمۀ ابتدائیه، اعضای قضائی، اداری، خدماتی، محافظین قطعۀ امنیتی، مسؤولين دیگر ادارات امارتی و مردم عام تطبيق شد.
