د سترې محکمې عالي مقام د هدایت پر اساس د کابل ولایت مرافعه محکمې عمومي رئیس محترم مفتي ذبیح الله (ساجد)؛ په ۲۸ / ۵ /۱۴۴۷هـ ق نېټه «څرخي‌پله» زندان کې له ایران څخه د را انتقال شویو بندیانو څخه ليدنه وکړه او .
د مرافعه محکمې رئيس د بندیانو قضیې په دقت سره وڅېړلې او خپل راپور یې د سترې محکمې عالي مقام ته وړاندې کړ، څو د اصولو مطابق د دغه بندیانو د آزادۍ یا د بند په موده کې د تخفیف په اړه يې پرېکړه وشي.  
د یادې ليدنې موخه د عدلي او قضائي خدماتو په وړاندې کولو کې شفافیت، د بندیانو د حقونو د رعایت او د عدالت تحقق وه.
