د کابل ولایت د نشه يي توکو او مسکراتو څخه د مخنیوي ابتدائیه محکمې لخوا (۳) مجرمینو ته تعزیري سزا ورکړل شوه

د کابل ولایت د نشه‌یي توکو او مسکراتو څخه د مخنیوي ابتدائیه محکمې د پرېکړې له مخې درېيو کسانو ته د الکولي مشروباتو او نشه‌يي تابليتو "ذيکپ" د خرڅلاو په جرمونو؛ په ۲۹/ ۱۱/ ۱۴۴۶ هـ ق نېټه تعزیري سزا ورکړل شوه.
ابتدائیه محکمې یاد مجرمین له یو کال څخه تر دوو کالو پر تنفيذي بند او له ۱۰ څخه تر ۳۹ دُرو پر تعزیري سزا محکوم کړي وو.
 دغه پرېکړه د سترې محکمې عالي مقام له تائيد وروسته پر مجرمینو تطبيق شوه.
