به اساس فيصلۀ محکمۀ ابتدائيۀ ولسوالی چاه آب ولايت تخار بالای سه تن که متهم بر فعل زنا بود؛ به تاریخ ۲۸/ ۸/ ۱۴۴۶ هـ ق حکم جزای تعزیری تطبيق شد.
محکمۀ ابتدائيه از جمله متهمین دو تن را به شش ـ شش ماه حبس تنفيذی و ۳۹ دُره و يک تن ديگر را يک سال حبس تنفيذی و ۳۹ دُره جزای تعزیری محکوم کرده بود.
اين حکم جزای تعزیری با حضورداشت مسؤولين محاکم، مراجعين و مردم عام تطبيق شد.
