دخل رئيس الديوان المدني بالمحكمة العليا على رأس وفد  إلى محافظة بلخ

دخل رئيس الديوان المدني بالمحكمة العليا على رأس وفد  إلى محافظة بلخ

دخل فضيلة الشيخ محمد قسيم (محمدي) رئيس الديوان المدني بالمحكمة العليا مع المفتي محمد حسين (كوثري) والمفتي عزيز الله (حيدري) إلى محافظة بلخ يوم السبت (٧/١/ ١٤٤٦ ه ق) خلال رحلاتهم إلى المحافظات الشمالية.
 وقام الوفد المذكور، خلال الأسبوع الماضي، بحل 17 قضية مغلقة ومعقدة كانت قد خالفت سابقاً وتتطلب قراراً مستقلاً، وبعد البحث والتحقيق وحل هذه القضايا أبلغوا بها الأطراف المتنازعة.
 كما عقد الوفد المذكور اجتماعاً تنسيقياً مع رئيس محكمة المرافعة بمحافظة بلخ  ورئيس وأعضاء الديوان المدني، وأعطاهم التوجيها اللازمة بشأن تسوية المطالبات القانونية.
وفي هذا الاجتماع، قال المشاركون أننا سننظر في المستقبل في المبادئ التوجيهية للوفد المذكور.
