تحت رهبری رئیس محکمه مرافعه ولایت بادغیس جلسه هفته‌وار دایر گردید

تحت رهبری الحاج شیخ عبدالخالق (امداد الحق) رئيس عمومی محکمه مرافعه ولایت بادغیس؛ به تاریخ 18 /3 /1448هـ ق جلسۀ هفته‌وار دایر گردید.
جلسه با تلاوت چند آیات از کلام الله مجید توسط مولوی خیرالله (حقیار) مفتی آمریت ثبت اسناد وثایق و مخزن آغاز گردید.
 سپس شیخ محی‌الدین (عظیمی) مفتی دیوان مدنی و حقوق عامه محکمه مرافعه (الباب الثالث في البیع) از کتاب معین القضاة والمفتین را برای اشتراک کنندگان جلسه توضیح و تشریح نمود.
در ادامه از کتاب اصولنامه بخش جزائی محاکم گرفتن و فروش سلاح و متحدالمآل نمبر (۹) سال ۱۴۴۶هـ ق توسط شیخ عبدالله (فانی) رئيس دیوان جزای محکمه ابتدائيه شهری برای حاضرین تشریح گردید.
جلسه با دعاء خیر خاتمه یافت.
