د بدخشان ولایت نظامي محکمې مسؤولینو په هڅو د قتل موضوع حل او فصل شوه

د بدخشان ولایت نظامي ابتدائيه محکمې د رئيس محترم شیخ عبدالباري (صالحي) په ډېرو هڅو؛ قومي مشرانو او سپين‌ږیرو په منځګړیتوب، د ترافیکي پېښې له امله رامنځته شوې د قتل خطاء موضوع، نن یکشنبه ۱۸/ ۱۰/ ۱۴۴۷هـ ق نېټه حل او فصل شوه.
یاده موضوع د موټر د چلولو پر مهال رامنځته شوې وه او یوه شپږ کلنه ماشومه په کې وژل شوې وه.
دغه موضوع نظامي محکمې ته تر راجع کېدو وروسته په غور او دقت وڅېړل شوه، د موضوع طرفین سولې ته ترغيب شول او دوی هم ومنله.
 د مقتولې وارثينو لخوا موټروان ته بخښنه وشوه او موضوع يې رسماً پای ته ورسېده.
