به اساس فيصله محکمه ابتدائیه ولسوالی گرزیوان ولايت فاریاب بالای دو تن به اتهام لواطت؛ امروز پنجشنبه مؤرخ ۲/ ۹/ ۱۴۴۷ هـ ق حکم جزای تعزیری تطبیق شد.
محکمه ابتدائیه متهمین را به يک ـ یک سال حبس تنفيذی و ۲۵ـ ۲۵ دُره جزای تعزیری محکوم کرده بودند؛ که اين فیصله بعد از تائید مقام عالی ستره محکمه تطبيق شد.
حکم جزای تعزیری در حضور رئيس محکمه ابتدائیه، اعضای قضائی، علماء کرام، مسؤولین ملکی، نظامی و جمع کثیری مردم عام تطبيق شد.
