به اساس فيصله دیوان جزای محکمه مرافعه ولايت غور بالای دو تن به شمول يک زن به اتهام زنا؛ امروز چهارشنبه مؤرخ ۱/ ۹/ ۱۴۴۷ هـ ق حکم جزای تعزیری تطبيق شد.
دیوان جزا متهمین را به ۳۹ـ ۳۹ دُره جزای تعزیری محکوم کرده بودند؛ که اين فيصله بعد از تائيد مقام عالی ستره محکمه تطبيق شد.
حکم جزای تعزیری در حضور محترم الحاج شیخ عبدالکریم (صمیم) رئیس عمومی محکمه مرافعه؛ اعضای قضائی و مراجعين تطبيق شد.
