به اساس فيصلۀ محکمۀ ابتدائیۀ ولسوالی درواز ولايت بدخشان بالای يک تن به اتهام سرقت؛ به تاريخ ۶/ ۸/ ۱۴۴۷هـ ق حکم جزای تعزیری تطبيق شد.
محکمۀ ابتدائیه متهم را به ۳۹ دُره جزای تعزیری محکوم کرده بود؛ که اين فيصله بعد از تائيد مقام عالی ستره محکمه تطبيق شد.
حکم جزای تعزیری در حضور اعضای قضائی، نمایندګان ولسوالی، قوماندانی امنیه، امربالمعروف، نهی عن المنکر و سمع شکایات، استخبارات، کمیساری و مردم محل تطبيق شد.
