به اساس فیصلۀ محمکۀ ابتدائيۀ ولسوالی جاغوری ولایت غزنی بالای دو تن به جرم روابط نامشروع؛ امروز سه شنبه مؤرخ ۲۳/ ۷ / ۱۴۴۷ هـ ق حکم جزای تعزیری تطبیق شد.
محکمۀ ابتدائیه مجرمين را از شش تا هشت ماه حبس تنفیذی و از ۱۰ تا ۳۵ دُره جزای تعزیری محکوم کرده بودند؛ که این فیصله بعد از تائيد مقام عالی ستره محکمه بالای مجرمين تطبیق شد.
حکم جزای تعزیری در حضور مسؤولین و مردم عام بالای مجرمين تطبیق شد.
