به اساس فیصلۀ محکمۀ ابتدائیۀ شهری ولايت هرات بالای هشت تن به جرم تولید، خرید و فروش مشروبات الکولی، به تاريخ ۱۵/ ۷/ ۱۴۴۷هـ ق حکم جزای تعزیری تطبيق شد.
محکمۀ ابتدائیه مجرمین را به دو ـ دو سال حبس تنفيذی و ۳۹ـ ۳۹ دُره جزای تعزیری محکوم کرده بودند؛ که اين فيصله بعد از تائيد مقام عالی ستره محکمه تطبيق شد.
حکم جزای تعزیری در حضور مسؤولين محکمۀ ابتدائیۀ شهری و مراجعين تطبيق شد.
