په ننګرهار ولايت کې دوو مجرمينو ته تعزیري سزا ورکړل شوه

د ننګرهار ولايت ښاري ابتدائیه محکمې د عامه امنيت دېوان د پرېکړې له مخې دوو کسانو ته د شرابو خرڅولو په جرم؛ په ۱۴/ ۴/ ۱۴۴۷ هـ ق نېټه د یاد ولايت په عمومي محبس کې تعزیري سزا ورکړل شوه.
ابتدائيه محکمې ياد مجرمين پر دوه ـ دوه کاله تنفيذي بند او ۳۹ـ ۳۹ دُرو تعزیري سزا محکوم کړي وو؛ چې یاده پرېکړه د سترې محکمې عالي مقام له تائيد وروسته پر مجرمينو تطبيق شوه.
د تعزیري د تطبيق په موخه جوړه شوې غونډه کې د ښاري ابتدائيه محکمې رئیس محترم مولوي سلطان محمد (رباني)، د عامه امنيت دېوان رئیس مفتي ضیاالحق (عکرمه)، قضائي غړو او اداري کارکوونکو، د زندانونو چارو د سمون رئیس او يو شمېر زندانیانو هم ګډون درلود.
