به اساس فيصلۀ محکمۀ ابتدائيۀ ولسوالی ده يک ولايت غزنی، امروز چهارشنبه مؤرخ ۱۹/ ۹/ ۱۴۴۶هـ ق به شمول یک زن بالای دو تن به جرم فساد اخلاقی حکم جزای تعزیری تطبيق شد.
محکمۀ ابتدائیه مجرمين مذکور را به دو ـ دو سال حبس تنفیذی و ۳۵ـ ۳۵ دُره جزای تعزیری محکوم کرده بودند؛ که اين حکم بعد از تائید مقام عالی ستره محکمه تطبيق شد.
حکم جزای تعزیری با حضورداشت مسؤولين محکمۀ ابتدائیه و باشندگان محل تطبيق گرديد.
