به اساس فيصلۀ محکمۀ ابتدائیۀ شهری ولایت هرات به تاريخ ٢٥/ ۸/ ۱۴۴۶هـ ق به شمول یک زن بالای سه تن به اساس داشتن جرم ارتباط نامشروع حکم جزای تعزیری تطبيق شد.
محکمۀ ابتدائیه مجرمين مذکور را به دو ـ دو سال حبس تنفیذی و ۳۹ - ٣٩ دُره جزای تعزیری محکوم کرده بودند؛ که اين فيصله بعد از تائيد مقام عالی ستره محکمه در صحن محکمۀ مرافعه ولایت هرات تطبيق شد.
