په پکتيکا ولايت کې دوو کسانو ته تعزيري سزا ورکړل شوه

د پکتيکا ولايت د خيرکوټ او جانيخېل ولسواليو د ابتدائيه محاکمو د پرېکړو له مخې يو کس ته د لواطت په تور او بل کس ته ديني شعايرو او اسلامي ارزښتونو ته د سپکاوي په جرم د روان ۱۴۴۶ هـ ق کال د رجب المرجب میاشتې په ۱۹مه او ۲۰مه نېټه تعزیري سزا ورکړل شوه.
ابتدائيه محاکمو د یادو کسانو له ډلې، متهم پر شپږ کاله تنفيذي بند او ۳۹ دُرو او مجرم پر اته میاشتې تنفيذي بند او ۲۰ دُرو تعزیري سزا محکوم کړی و؛ چې یادې پرېکړې د سترې محکمې د عالي مقام له تائيد وروسته تطبيق شوې.
