په زابل ولايت کې يوه مجرم ته تعزیري سزا ورکړل شوه

د زابل ولايت د دايچوپان ولسوالۍ ابتدائيه محکمې د پرېکړې له مخې په ۴/ ۷/ ۱۴۴۶ هـ ق نېټه يو کس ته له کوره د نامحرمې ښځې د تښتونې په جرم د محکمې په انګړ کې تعزیري سزا ورکړل شوه.
ابتدائيه محکمې ياد مجرم په يو کال تنفيذي بند او ۳۹ دُرو تعزیري سزا محکوم کړی و؛ چې یاده پرېکړه د سترې محکمې د عالي مقام له تائيد وروسته پر مجرم تطبيق شوه.
په دې موخه جوړه شوې غونډه کې د مرافعه او ښاري محاکمو قضائي غړو، اداري کارکوونکو، مراجعينو او عامو هېوادوالو ګډون درلود.
