از طرف رئيس محکمهٔ مرافعهٔ بغلان قوماندان قطعه مفرزه محاکم آن ولايت تقدير شد

از طرف رئيس محکمهٔ مرافعهٔ ولايت بغلان  محترم مولوی عبدالمتین (قریشی) قوماندان قطعه مفرزه محاکم ولایت بغلان به تاريخ ۴/ ۵/ ۱۴۴۶ هـ ق مورد تحسین و تقدير قرار گرفت.  
در اين جلسهٔ محترم مولوی محمد صابر (حنفی) رئیس عمومی محکمهٔ مرافعهٔ، رؤسای دواوین مرافعهٔ و اعضای قضائی حضور داشتند.

جلسهٔ با تلاوت چند آیات از کلام الله مجید آغاز گرديد؛ بعداً رئیس محکمهٔ مرافعهٔ طی سخنان عالمانه شان از تلاش ها، زحمات بی وقفه و صادقانه در جهت تأمین امنیت محاکم ولايت بغلان از قوماندان قطعه صمیمانه تشکری نموده و برایشان آروزی توفیق روز افزون در مسیر تامین امنیت محاکم ولایت بغلان نمود.
در ادامه اين جلسهٔ از طرف رئيس محکمهٔ مرافعهٔ برای قوماندان قطعه مفرزه تحسین نامه اهداء شد.
جلسهٔ با دعاء خیر خاتمه یافت.
