به اساس فيصلۀ محکمۀ ابتدائیۀ شهری ولايت سمنگان بالای يک تن که متهم بر زنا بود؛ به تاريخ ۵/ ۴/ ۱۴۴۶هـ ق در مقر محکمۀ مرافعه حکم ۲۰ دُره جزای تعزیری تطبيق شد.
قابل ذکر است که اين حکم بعد از تائيد مقام عالی ستره محکمه بالای متهم تطبيق شد.
