د کندهار د مرافعه محکمې د رئیس په مشرۍ قضائي غونډه وشوه

د سه شنبه په ورځ (۱۸ /۷ /۱۴۴۵ هـ ق) نېټه د کندهار ولایت د مرافعه محکمې د رئیس محترم  شیخ غلام حضرت(ابوالـمنذر) په مشرۍ د دېوانونو د رئيسانو غونډه وشوه.

په یاده غونډه کې د مرافعه محکمې د دېوانونو رئيسانو او غړو، د تحریراتو رئیس، د وثایقو آمر، د ښاري ابتدائیه محکمې رئیس او د دې محکمې د دېوانونو رئيسانو ګډون درلود.

غونډه د قرآنکریم د څو مبارکو آیاتونو په تلاوت پیل شوه، وروسته د غونډې ګډونوالو په یو شمېر قضائي موضوعاتو تفصیلي بحثونه وکړل او په توافق د نظر د شریعت د اصولو موافق د یادو موضوعاتو په تړاو تصمیمونه ونیول شول.
