د نیمروز د مرافعه محکمې رئیس د ياد ولایت د ښاري محکمې له مدني دېوان څخه ليدنه وکړه

په (۲۱/جمادی الثانیه/۱۴۴۵هـ ق) نېټه د نیمروز ولایت د مرافعه محکمې عمومي رئیس محترم الحاج مولوي عبدالخالق (محمدي) د دغه ولایت د ښاري محکمې د مدني دېوان له قضائي منسوبینو سره ليدنه وکړه.
د يادې ليدنې په پيل کې محترم مولوي محمدي د ياد دېوان فعالیتونه وستایل، د لا پرمختګ او د کارونو د چټکتیا لپاره یې ورته لازمې سپارښتنې وکړې.
د ليدنې په دوام د مرافعه محکمې رئیس د مدني دېوان د ټولو کتابونو، دفترونو څېړنه او کتنه وکړه، د ياد دېوان له منسوبینو څخه یې وغوښتل چې د خلکو قضیو ته په وخت سره رسېدنه کوئ او ټولې چارې مو د اسلامي شریعت پر اساس تنظیم کړئ.
