د هلمند ولایت اړوند محاکمو کې د عالیقدر امیرالمؤمنین حفظه الله د حکم په اساس تازه ګومارنې

د عالیقدر امیرالمؤمنین حفظه الله د ۱ /۶ /۱۴۴۴ هـ ق نېټې، (۳۸۸) شمېره حکم په اساس د هلمند ولایت اړوند محاکمو کې د قضائي چارو د لا بهبود او چټکتیا په موخه لاندې تازه ګومارنې ترسره شوې دي:

  1. د مرافعه محکمې د مدني دېوان مخکنی رئیس مولوي عبدالغفور د جزاء دېوان  د مفتي په توګه.
  2. د مرافعه محکمې د جزاء دېوان مخکنی مفتی محترم مولوي غازي امان الله د مدني دېوان د رئیس په توګه.
  3. د مرافعه محکمې د مدني دېوان مخکنی محرر محترم مولوي محمد داود د ښاري ابتدائیه محکمې د ترافیکو دېوان د محرر په توګه.
  4. د شهری محکمې د ترافیکو دېوان مخکنی محرر محترم مولوي عبدالناصر د ناوې ولسوالۍ د ابتدائیه محکمې د محرر په توګه.
  5. د ناوې ولسوالۍ مخکنی محرر محترم مولوي محمد جلال د مرافعه محکمې د مدني دېوان د محرر په توګه ټاکل شوي دي.
