بالای یک مجرم در ولایت پروان جزاء تعزیری تطبیق شد

بالای یک مجرم در ولایت پروان جزاء تعزیری تطبیق شد

روز گذشته (به تاریخ ۳ /۶/ ۱۴۴۴هـ ق) به اساس فیصلۀ محکمه در ولایت پروان بالای یک مجرم جزاء تعزیری تطبیق شد.

این مجرم که باشندۀ اصلی و فعلی قریۀ گلبهار ولسوالی جبل السراج ولایت پروان بود بدون جبر به جرم خود (خرید و فروش مواد مخدر) اقرار و اعتراف داشت.

در گردهمائی که حوالی ساعت 2:00 بعد از ظهر بخاطر تطبیق جزاء تعزیری بالای مجرم فوق الذکر تدویر یافته بود مسؤولان محاکم و ادارات دیگر ولایتی، بزرگان و متنفذین قوم، مجاهدین و باشنده‌گان دیگر محل حضور داشته‌اند.

این نشست پس از تطبیق جزاء تعزیری با دعائیه خاتمه یافت.
