the 120 years’ enmity between two families was ended by the primary court of Zurmat district of Paktia province

 
On Tuesday (16 / 4 / 1445 HQ) the 120-years’ enmity between two families was resolved by the primary court of Zurmat district of Paktia province.  
Between two mention family 120 years ago, there was a civil dispute over the land, after there was a murder incident between them as well, in 1401/9/8 the case refers to the primary court of zurmat.
After reviewing and examining this case, encouraged both sides to peace, and this (120) years of enmity ended with the mediation of mediators.  
The meeting which was held in Zurmat district of Paktia province on Tuesday 15/4/1445 HQ for resolving the mention case, the case was approved on court decision.
The meeting was attended by the head of appellate court of Paktia “Mofty Obaidullah Khalid”, delegation of appellate court, tribal leaders of the said district, Ulema and both Side.  
Firstly, the head of Zurmat district primary Court Instance declared verdict and approved the decision of the reformers. 
After, the head of appellate court of Paktia province Alhaj Mufti Obaidullah (Khalid) thanked to Ulema Keram and tribal philanthropists of Zurmat district and said that during Course of Jihad, the Cooperation of the people this district not forgettable.
Both Side and the participant of this meeting, appreciate the efforts and thanked the leadership of the courts of Paktia province.
The meeting ended with the satisfaction of both side and prayer.
