Brief Report on the Activities of the General Directorate of Personnel Affairs of the Supreme Court for the Third Quarter of 1447 AH
During the third quarter of the year 1447 AH, the General Directorate of Personnel Affairs of the Supreme Court carried out the following major activities:
1. For the purpose of improving administrative organization and efficiency, the proposal for the structure of the Supreme Court for the fiscal year 1405 was prepared and submitted to the esteemed office of Amir al-Muminin (حفظه الله تعالی) for approval.
2. The appointment and promotion of (240) judges, administrative, and service staff were carried out.
3. The academic information of (280) judges and employees was collected and shared with relevant authorities.
4. Following the completion of recruitment processes, (50) volumes of personnel records files were prepared
5. A total of (370) official documents, letters, P2 forms, and academic records were registered and processed.
6. For the purpose of performance evaluation of (215) administrative and service staff, official letters were issued, structured evaluation schedules were prepared, and active participation and supervision were ensured during evaluation sessions.
7. Coordination was maintained with representatives of the Administrative Reforms and Civil Service Authority during meetings on the evaluation of central directors.
8. Necessary correspondence was issued to appellate courts in the center and provinces for the implementation of the evaluation process, and coordination in this regard was ensured.
9. All procedures related to filling vacant positions, including document collection, candidate registration, agenda preparation, examination organization, and result announcement, were conducted in an orderly manner.
10. Necessary cooperation was maintained with relevant institutions throughout all stages of recruitment processes.
11. Required measures were taken for the preparation and regulation of work procedures to clearly define employee duties.
12. A total of (19) administrative training programs were designed and implemented within one year.
13. The draft structure of the Judicial Specialized Academy was prepared and will soon be submitted to the High Authority for approval.
14. One judicial and one administrative employee were introduced to the ninth round of the Legal Internship Program.
15. Four officials were introduced to the monitoring and supervision program of the Civil Service Institute.
16. Seven employees were introduced to the report writing and operational planning program.
17. A judicial member of the Kabul Urban Primary Court was introduced to a private university for higher education.
18. Administrative process simplification procedures were prepared and sent to the central directorates of the Supreme Court as well as the appellate courts of Kabul and Parwan; this process was implemented under the supervision of the Directorate of Capacity Building and Performance Evaluation.
19. A key training program on basic computer skills was implemented for personnel of the General Directorate of Security and Executive Affairs.
