A capacity-building seminar for supervisors of central divisions and other administrative staff of the Supreme Court has commenced
The seminar, organized by the Directorate of Evaluation and Capacity Building of the Supreme Court, began on Saturday, 12/6/1446 AH. Its aim is to enhance the professional skills of supervisors and administrative staff of the central Tamiz.
The seminar started with the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran. it was attended by Sheikh Khair Jan “Khairkhwa”, the Supreme Court’s Deputy for Military division; Mawlawi Saifullah Agha, General Director of Personnel Affairs; Mawlawi Karimullah “Zahid”, General Director of Financial and Administrative Affairs; Mawlawi Mohammad Juma “Faizani”, Director of Planning and Policy; Mawlawi Abdul Rahim “Rashid”, Director of Foreign, Public Relations and press; Mufti Abdul Waris “Sayeed”, Director of Recruitment and Records; Hafiz Nasir Ahmad “Sayad”, Director of Evaluation and Capacity Building, and other officials.
Sheikh Khair Jan “Khairkhwa” emphasized on importance of assigning responsibilities to competent individuals. He elaborated on the goals of the capacity-building seminars and other significant topics. He said the primary objective of such seminars is to ensure that administrative employees become professional and capable in their roles, enabling them to carry out their duties efficiently and on time.
Sheikh Khair Jan added that every official and employee of the Islamic Emirate is obligated to dedicate their efforts day and night to reach a goal that allows them to serve the people in the best possible way.
He stressed that fulfilling the responsibilities entrusted to them is a binding duty. Therefore, it is essential for every official and employee of the Islamic Emirate to enhance their professional skills and competence in their respective roles.
Hafiz Nasir Ahmad (Sayad), Director of Evaluation and Capacity Building, provided further details about the seminar. He stated that during the two-week program, participants would receive valuable training from professional instructors on topics such as the fundamentals of planning, performance evaluation, administrative correspondence, relations, reporting, and other essential areas.
Hafiz Sayad also said that after the completion of this seminar, the Directorate of Evaluation and Capacity Building would gradually organize similar seminars for employees of courts in Kabul and all other provinces.
The opening session of the capacity-building seminar concluded with a prayer by Mawlawi Karimullah “Zahid”, General Director of Financial and Administrative Affairs.
