با تلاش رئیس محکمۀ مرافعۀ ولایت کاپیسا موضوع قتل (19) ساله حل و فصل گردید

با تلاش محترم مولوی عزیزالرحمن (حقانی) رئیس محکمۀ مرافعۀ ولایت کاپیسا؛ با اشتراک آمر اقوام و قبایل آن ولایت، علمای کرام و مسؤولین ذیربط به تاریخ 23 /11 /1447هـ ق، دشمنی نزده ساله میان باشنده‌گان قریه پاینده‌خیل ولسوالی تگاب که در آن شش تن از طرفین به قتل رسیده بود، طی نشستِ حل و فصل گردید.

در این نشست طرفین با رضاء و رغبت خویش به اصلاح تن دادند، یکدیگر را در آغوش گرفتند، تعهد نمودند که در خصوص همین موضوع در حال و در آینده بین یگدیگر کدام دعوی نداشته و نخواهند داشت.

 جلسه با دعاء خیر خاتمه یافت.
