به اساس فيصلهٔ دیوان جزا محکمهٔ مرافعهٔ ولايت بادغيس بالای يک زن به اتهام فعل زنا؛ به تاريخ ۲۶/ ۱۰/ ۱۴۴۷ هـ ق در محضر عام حکم جزای تعزیری تطبيق شد.
دیوان جزا زن متهم را به يک سال حبس تنفیذی و ۲۰ دُره جزای تعزیری محکوم کرده بود؛ که به اين فيصله دیوان جزا زن متهم قناعت نموده بود و بعد از تائید مقام عالی ستره محکمه بالای اش تطبيق شد.
