به اساس فيصلۀ محکمۀ ابتدائیۀ ولسوالی شورتپه ولايت بلخ بالای دو تن به اتهام فعل لواطت؛ امروز سه شنبه (مؤرخ ۱۳/ ۱۰/ ۱۴۴۷هـ ق) حکم جزای تعزیری تطبيق شد.
محکمۀ ابتدائیه متهمين را به دو ـ دو سال حبس تنفیذی و از ۳۰ تا ۳۹ دُره جزای تعزیری محکوم کرده بودند؛ که اين فیصله بعد از تائید مقام عالی ستره محکمه تطبيق شد.
