د روزګان ولايت نظامي محکمې مسؤولينو په هڅو د قتل موضوع حل او فصل شوه

د روزګان ولايت نظامي محکمې مسؤولينو په ډېرو هڅو، د دغه ولایت د مرکز ترینکوټ ښار اړوند «چنار» سیمه کې د دوو کورنيو ترمنځ اته کاله مخکې رامنځته شوې د قتل موضوع، په ۱۴/ ۸/ ۱۴۴۷هـ ق د سولې له لارې حل او فصل شوه. 
یاده موضوع نظامي محکمې ته تر راجع کېدو وروسته په غور او دقت وڅېړل شوه، ورپسې د مسؤولينو په هڅو د دواړو طرفونو په رضايت یاده موضوع مصلحينو ته راجع شوه.
مصلحینو د طرفینو په خوښه او رضا سره د ذکر شوي قتل دعوی د سولې له لارې حل او فصل کړه.
