جلسۀ رؤسای دواوین محکمۀ مرافعۀ ولایت کندز دایر گردید

تحت ریاست محترم مولوی محمد یوسف (ابوالوفا) رئیس عمومی محکمۀ مرافعۀ ولایت کندز؛ با اشتراک همۀ رؤسای دواوین مرافعه و رئیس محکمۀ ابتدائیۀ شهری، به تاریخ 17 /5 /1447 هـ ق غرض رسیدگی به استهداآت واصله محاکم مربوطه و عرایض مراجعین، جلسۀ دایر گردید.
جلسه با تلاوت چند آیات از کلام الله مجید توسط یکتن از اشتراک کنندگان آغاز شد؛ سپس استهداآت واصله و عرایض مراجعین با ترتیب مورد غور و بررسی اعضاء نشست قرار گرفت، در نتیجه اعضاء نشست نظریات را در مطابقت به احکام شرعی و متحدالمآل‌های ریاست عمومی دارالانشاء مقام عالی ستره محکمه، هدایت فرمودند و به تحریرات هدایت داده شد؛ تا احکام رؤسای استینافی را به مراجع مستهدی غرض اجراآت بعدی ارسال نماید.
