د کابل ولایت مرافعه محکمې د وثیقو د تصحیح کمېسیون په دوو مياشتو کې د (۹۱) وثیقو د تصحیح قرارونه صادر کړي

د کابل ولایت مرافعه محکمې د وثیقو د تصحیح کمېسیون په دوو میاشتو کې (له ۱ /۸ /۱۴۴۶هـ ق څخه تر ۲۹ /۹ /۱۴۴۶هـ ق نېټې) پورې د (۹۱) بېلابېلو وثیقو د تصحیح قرارونه صادر کړي دي.
د یادونې وړ ده چې یاد کمېسیون د سترې محکمې عالي مقام د هدایت په اساس د ټولو هغو وثیقو د تصحیح لپاره جوړ شوی چې مخکې د کابل ولایت په ټولو محاکمو کې ترتیب شوې وې او یادې وثیقې د ترتیب پر مهال په سمه توګه نه وې ډکې شوې او یا هم د وثیقو د ذی النفع شخص په نورو اسنادو کې د تغیراتو په راتګ سره د یاد شخص وثیقه تصحېح ته اړتیا ولري.
