جلسۀ رؤسای دواوین محکمۀ مرافعۀ ولایت کندز دایر گردید

 تحت ریاست محترم مولوی نورمحمد (نوری) رئیس عمومی محکمۀ مرافعۀ ولایت کندز؛ با اشتراک رؤسای دیوان‌های مرافعه، آمر حقوق محکمۀ مرافعه و آمر ثبت اسناد و وثایق، به تاریخ ۲۷ /۹ /۱۴۴۶ هـ ق، غرض بررسی استهداآت واصله و عرایض مراجعین، جلسۀ ویژۀ رؤسای دواوین استینافی دایر گردید.
 ابتداء جلسه با تلاوت چند آیات از کلام الله مجید آغاز شد؛ سپس پیرامون استهداآت واصله و عرایض مراجعین تمرکز صورت گرفت، در نتیجه حاضرین جلسه احکام و هدایات شان را در مطابقت به قوانین شرعی و مصوبات ریاست دارالانشاء ستره محکمه احکام و هدایت فرمودند.
در اخير اين جلسه به تحریرات وظیفه داده شد، تا احکام رؤسای استینافی را به مراجع مستهدی مربوط غرض اجراآت مقتضی ارجاع نماید.
