جلسهٔ هماهنگی مسؤولین دواوین محکمهٔ مرافعهٔ ولایت بادغیس برگزار گرديد

تحت ریاست محترم مولوی محمد عیسی (ثاقب) معاون ریاست عمومی محکمهٔ مرافعهٔ ولایت بادغیس؛ به تاریخ ۳ /۵ /۱۴۴۶هـ ق در تالار جلسات محکمۀ مذکور جلسهٔ همآهنگی برگزار گردید.
جلسه با تلاوت چند آیات از کلام الله مجید توسط مولوی خیرالله (حقیار) عضو مفتی آمریت ثبت اسناد وثایق و مخزن آغاز گردید؛ بعداً شیخ عبدالله (فانی) رئیس دیوان جزا محکمۀ ابتدائیۀ شهری بیان تناقض فی الدعوی را برای اشتراک کنندگان جلسه تشریح نمود.
در ادامه اين جلسه مولوی صفی الله (حلیمی) عضو مفتی دیوان جزاء محکمهٔ مرافعه متحدالمآل نمبر (۹) سال ۱۴۴۳هـ ق، متحدالمآل نمبر (۸) سال ۱۴۴۴هـ ق و متحدالمآل نمبر (۷) سال ۱۴۴۵ هـ ق را تشریح نمود.
جلسه به دعاء خیر خاتمه یافت.
