د کابل ولایت ده سبز ولسوالۍ د ابتدائیه محکمې لخوا څلورو مجرمينو او دوو متهمينو ته تعزیري سزا ورکړل شوه

د کابل ولایت ده سبز ولسوالۍ د ابتدائیه محکمې د پرېکړې په اساس په ۱۳/ ۴/ ۱۴۴۶ هـ ق نېټه د یادې محکمې په انګړ کې د دوو ښځو په ګډون څلورو کسانو ته د نامشروع اړيکو په جرم او دوو کسانو ته د لواطت په تور تعزیري سزا ورکړل شوه.
ابتدائيه محکمې څلور مجرمين پر يوه ـ یوه کال تنفيذي بند او ۳۹ـ ۳۹ دُرو تعزیري سزا، دوه متهمين پر يوه ـ يوه کال او درې ـ درې میاشتې تنفيذي بند او ۳۹ ـ ۳۹ دُرو تعزیري سزا محکوم کړي وو.
یاد حکم د سترې محکمې د عالي مقام له تائید وروسته پر مجرمينو او متهمینو تطبیق شو.
