بالای دو تن در ولایت خوست حکم جزای تعزیری تطبیق شد

امروز سه شنبه مؤرخ ۲۳/رمضان المبارک/۱۴۴۵ هـ ق به اساس حکم دیوان جزای محکمۀ ابتدائیۀ شهری ولایت خوست بالای دو تن که متهم بر لواطت بودند؛ در محضر عام حکم جزای تعزیری تطبیق گردید.

فيصلۀ محکمۀ ابتدائيۀ شهری بعد از تائيد تمیز مرکزی مقام عالی ستره محکمه بالای متهمين تطبيق گرديد.

در گرد همائی که به همین منظور راه اندازی شده بود، محترم الحاج مولوی امین الله (منیب) رئيس عمومی محکمۀ مرافعه ولایت خوست و مولوی نقیب الله (ذاکر) رئیس محکمۀ ابتدائیه شهری ولایت خوست حضور داشتند.

قابل یاداوری است که از جمله متهمين ذکر شده يک متهم از سوی محکمه به (۱۸) ماه حبس تنفيذی و ضرب (۳۹) دُره و  متهم ديگر به (۵) ماه حبس تنفيذی و ضرب (۲۵) دُره جزای تعزيری محکوم گردیده بود.
