رئیس عمومی محکمۀ مرافعۀ نیمروز از محبس مرکزی آن ولایت دیدار نمود

روز چهارشنبه مؤرخ (۲۹ جمادی الأولی ۱۴۴۵هـ ق) محترم الحاج مولوی عبدالخالق (محمدی) رئیس عمومی محکمۀ مرافعۀ ولایت نیمروز در حالیکه محترم مولوی خداینور (حقانی) رئیس محکمۀ ابتدائیه شهری، رؤسای دواوین جزای محکمۀ مرافعه و محکمۀ ابتدائیه شهری با ايشان همراه بودند از محبس مرکزی آن ولایت ديدار نمود.

رئیس محکمۀ مرافعه بعد از دیدار با مسؤولین محبس از توقیف‌خانه مردانه و زنانه آن محبس دیدار و با زندانیان در موارد مختلف صحبت کرد، همچنان از زندانیان راجع به وضعیت بودوباش، اعاشه و اباطه شان معلومات نمود، که خوشبختانه کدام شکایت در اين مورد موجود نبود.

در ادامه رئيس محکمۀ مرافعه راجع به سرنوشت زندانیان به محاکم مربوطه هدایت داد تا به اسرع وقت به موضوع زندانيان رسیدگی شود.
