رئیس عمومی محکمه مرافعه نیمروز از دیوان تجارت محکمه ابتدائیه شهری و آمریت حقوق این ولایت دیدار نمود


روز پنجشنبه مؤرخ ۳۰ جمادی الأولی ۱۴۴۵ هـ ق محترم الحاج مولوی عبدالخالق محمدی رئیس عمومی محکمه ولایت نیمروز از دیوان تجارت محکمه ابتدائیه شهری و آمریت حقوق محکمه مرافعه دیدار نمود.
در اين ديدار رئیس عمومی محکمه مرافعه نخست با اعضای شعبات مربوطه راجع به مشکلات، رسیدگی به قضایای واصله و جلوگیری از بی سرنوشتی محبوسین صحبت نمود. در ادامه اين ديدار از کتب اندراج، صادره و وارده محکمه شهری و آمريت حقوق را بررسی و در هر مورد رهنمایی لازم ارایه نمود.
