د ننګرهار ولایت د ګوشتې ولسوالۍ ابتدائیه شرعي محکمې درېیو مجرمینو ته تعزیري سزا تطبیق کړه

د ننګرهار ولایت د ګوشتې ولسوالۍ ابتدائیه شرعي محکمې په حکم  په ۱۴۴۴/۵/۱۰ هـ ق نېټه د یوې مېرمنې په ګډون درېیو مجرمینو ته د نامشروع اړیکو په جرم تعزیري سزا (په درو وهل) تطبیق شوه.

د یادو مجرمینو دوسیې د ننګرهار ولایت د ابتدائیه شرعي محکمې لخوا څېړل شوې وې او مجرمینو د محکمې په حکم قناعت درلود.

مجرمینو ته د تعزیري سزا د تطبیق په مناسبت جوړه شوې غونډه کې د محکمې پر مسؤولینو سربېره د ګوشتې ولسوال، امنیه قوماندان، د امنیت مدیر، د امربالمعروف او نهی عن المنکر امر او محتسبينو، علماء کرامو،  او عامو وګړو ګډون درلود.
