جلسه رؤسای دیوان های محکمه مرافعه ولایت بدخشان داير گرديد

تحت ریاست الحاج مولوی محمد صابر (حنفی) رئیس محکمه مرافعه ولایت بدخشان؛ به اشتراک رؤسای دیوان‌های محکمه مرافعه، به تاريخ  ۲۰ /۲ /۱۴۴۸هـ ق جلسه اداری دایر گردید.
جلسه با تلاوت چند آیات از قرآنکریم  آغاز شد؛ سپس روی موضوعات شامل آجنداء جلسه بحث و تبادل نظر صورت گرفت و در هر مورد تصامیم لازم اتخاذ گردید.
همچنان در اين جلسه در مورد موضوعات شامل آجنداء سه قطعه پیشنهادات از آمریت حقوق، یک قطعه پیشنهاد از محکمه ابتدائیه ولسوالی وردوج و یک قطعه عریضه از یکی مراجعین بحث و تبادل نظر صورت گرفت.
در اخير در مورد هر موضوع مطابق به احکام شریعت و قانون تصامیم لازم اتخاذ و هدایات به مرجع مربوطه داده شد.
