تحت رهبری رئیس محکمه مرافعه ولایت کندز جلسۀ رؤسای دواوین دایر گردید

تحت ریاست محترم مولوی محمد یوسف (ابوالوفا) رئیس عمومی محکمۀ مرافعه ولایت کندز؛ با اشتراک رؤسای دواوین مرافعه، آمر ثبت اسناد و وثایق، به تاریخ  9/1/1448 هـ ق، جلسۀ رؤسای دواوین دایر گرديد.
جلسه با تلاوت چند آیات ازکلام الله مجید آغاز گردید؛ سپس استهداآت واصله مورد غور و مداقه حاضرین نشست قرار گرفت، در نتیجه حاضرین، نظریات و هدایات شان را در مطابقت به احکام شرعی و مصوبات ریاست عمومی دارالانشاء مقام عالی ستره محکمه؛ هدایت فرمودند و به تحریرات هدایت داده شد تا هدایات رؤسای محکمه مرافعه را به مراجع مربوطه غرض اجراآت بعدی ارجاع نماید.
