تحت رهبری رئیس محکمه مرافعه ولایت بدخشان جلسۀ رؤسای دواوین برگزار گردید 

تحت رهبری محترم مولوی محمد صابر (حنفی) رئیس عمومی محکمه مرافعه ولایت بدخشان، با اشتراک رؤسای دیوان‌های مرافعه، به تاریخ 12/1/1448 هـ ق، جلسه دایر گردید.
این جلسه با تلاوت چند آیات از کلام الله مجید آغاز گردید؛ سپس روی استهداآت که از آمریت حقوق محکمه مرافعه، محکمه اختصاصی، دیوان مدنی محکمه شهری و سایر استهداآت واصله بحث و تبادل نظر صورت گرفت.
در نتیجه پیرامون هر موضوع مطابق احکام شریعت، اصول و متحدالمآل‌های ستره محکمه هدایات لازم داده شد.
  جلسه با دعاء خیر خاتمه یافت.
