تحت ریاست رئیس محکمۀ مرافعۀ ولایت کندز جلسۀ رؤسای دواوین دایر گردید

تحت ریاست محترم مولوی محمد یوسف (ابوالوفا) رئیس عمومی محکمۀ مرافعۀ ولایت کندز؛ با اشتراک رؤسای دیوان‌های مرافعه، غرض بررسی استهداآت واصله و عرایض مراجعین، به تاریخ 2 /12 /1447 هـ ق جلسۀ رؤسای دواوین دایر گردید.
جلسه با تلاوت چند آیات از کلام الله مجید آغاز گردید؛ سپس روی استهداآت واصله و عرایض مراجعین تمرکز صورت گرفت؛ بعد از غور و بررسی همه جانبه حاضرین نشست احکام و هدایات شان را در مطابقت به قوانین شرعی و متحدالمآل‌های ریاست عمومی دارالانشاء مقام عالی ستره محکمه؛ احکام و هدایت فرمودند و به تحریرات وظیفه سپرده شده، تا احکام رؤسای دواوین مرافعه را بمراجع مربوطه غرض اجراآت مقتضی ارجاع نماید.
