با تلاش مولوی عبدالمصور (انصاری) رئیس محکمۀ ابتدائیۀ ولسوالی شهدای ولایت بدخشان؛ با اشتراک مسؤولین آن ولسوالی، علماء کرام و متنفذین منطقه، به تاریخ ۹ /۱۱ /۱۴۴۷هـ ق یک قضیۀ قتل از باشندگان قریۀ "سرغوزیو" آن ولسوالی، طی نشست حل و فصل گردید.
در این نشست وارثین مقتول از حق خویش در مقابل مال تنازل نمودند و در حصۀ حق الله آن حبس گذشته به حال متهمین کافی دانسته و به رهائی آنان اصدار حکم گردید.
